Packing of your hunting trophies

Our sister company, Diana Taxidermy, have a professional on-site packing team that packs your mounted hunting trophies in a box custom made for your consignment. 

Shipment rates are based on the volume of the trophy box. We always pack the trophy box as space-optimizing as possible.Trophies with long horns will be shipped without mounted horns, in order to save volume on the transport home. When the trophy box reaches the happy hunter, the loose horns can easily be unpacked and put on the trophy. 

Shipment of your hunting trophies

When the trophy box is packed, it is shipped to Johannesburg, the centre of all trophy transport in South Africa. The transport from Diana Taxidermy to Johannesburg is carried out by a well-reputable South African trophy forwarding agent.In Johannesburg, the trophy box is cleared by customs and veterinarian check, after clearance the box is booked to air or sea freight, to the recipient country.In the recipient country, a local clearing agent will be in charge of the import and the local freight out to the hunter.If you have a local clearing agent that you would like to use, please let us know. 

Payment for the trophy transport

Payment of the trophy transport is directly between you and the clearing agent from your home country.
