Potential World Record Steenbok?
Side by Side Safaris' own hunting area, the beautiful Klipplaat grounds, is the ideal habitat for the pretty little Steenbok antelope. The area offers the perfect biotope required for allowing the bucks to develop top class trophies.
No less than three of our clients have recently managed to bag Steenboks with trophies among or near the ten largest ever recorded by SCI. We frequently see very large Steenboks on our rounds through the area, and a couple of times recently we have spotted one, which we are convinced has the potential of being a new world record. This particular Steenbok obviously has its home range centrally in the Klipplaat grounds and we are certain, therefore, that it will remain on the grounds. Who is going to be the lucky hunter to collect the world record?
